Bulldog Grade is a company built by bulldog owners, designing products specifically for bulldogs. We spent over a year listening to owners, prototyping, testing, and finding the right manufacturers. Bulldogs’ broad necks can slip out of collars. A harness is safer and more comfortable: it distributes pressure across the chest and shoulders, reducing neck, spine, and windpipe risk. Our wraparound design keeps even stubborn bullies secure and gives you better control for training.

Our harness discourages pulling and increases control. Straps cross above the shoulders with four strong fasteners to fit wide chests and necks. When your bully pulls, gentle, even pressure across the chest cues them to ease up. Two top leash attachment points let you pick your control level.

To measure your bulldog for a harness:

1. Wrap a fabric measuring tape around the broadest part of the chest (just behind the armpits). It should be snug, but not tight.
2. Measure around the thickest part of the neck.
3. Use these measurements and your dog’s weight to find the right size in the Bulldog Grade Sizing Chart .

• Small — Most Frenchies/Bostons, small mixes, puppies (10–25 lbs; some Frenchies up to ~35 lbs).
• Medium — Large Frenchies/Bostons, medium mixes, smaller/younger English/American/Victorian (26–43 lbs).
• Large — Most adult English/American/Victorian (44–70 lbs).
• XL — Over 70 lbs.

English, French, Boston, American, Victorian bulldogs — and many bulldog mixes. If your dog has a broad chest and stocky build, we probably have a fit.

Four adjustable straps/buckles dial in the fit. The top section is removable and reversible for flexibility. Slide the fasteners closer to the chest plate to tighten. Tip: the Bulldog Grade logo always sits front and center on the chest.

1) Easier washing—remove hardware before machine wash.
2) Leash placement—attach closer to the head or mid-back.
3) Extra room—gain an inch or two around the chest if needed.

Machine wash cold with mild detergent (no bleach). Air dry recommended. If using a dryer, remove the top handle/section and use delicate.

Yes. The padded handle doubles as a fixed seat-belt pass-through. Thread the belt through the handle and buckle to keep your bully safely in place.

1-year guarantee against defects and normal bulldog wear and tear. (Chewing excluded—nothing beats bulldog teeth.) If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.
