Bulldog Grade Return Policy & Warranty

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with any Bulldog Grade® product, notify us within 30 days of your order date and we’ll refund your purchase price or replace the product—your choice.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Used items aren’t returnable unless defective.

 

1-Year Harness, Leash & Collar Warranty

If a harness, leash, or collar has a manufacturing defect or fails under normal wear and tear within 1 year of delivery, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • To start a claim, email info@bulldoggrade.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

  • Not covered: chewing, bite damage, or abrasion from rubbing against hard/rough surfaces; loss, theft, or damage due to misuse or improper care.

 

Unopened/Unused Returns (90 Days)

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the product price (shipping/handling not included).

 

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@bulldoggrade.com with your order number and reason for return (or warranty details + photos).

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack items securely. Include all original parts, tags, and packaging when possible.

  4. Ship to:

Return Shipping Labels

  • Bulldog Grade will provide one free return label per transaction (when a return is approved).

  • If you decide to return additional items after a free label has already been used, you’re responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

 

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (size/color), let us know in your email. We’ll confirm availability and send exchange instructions.

 

Conditions & Exceptions

  • We may refuse returns that arrive used, damaged, or missing components (unless defective).

  • For hygiene and safety, items showing excessive wear, odors, or pet hair may be denied (unless a defect is confirmed).

  • Warranty coverage applies to consumer use only and does not cover commercial or rental use.
