USA Return Information

30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied with any Bulldog Grade® product(s), please notify us within 30 days of of your order date and we will refund your purchase price or replace the product at your request. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred when returning the product(s). Used products may not be returned unless defective.

1-Year Harness, Leash, & Collar Warranty - If you experience a product defect or your product fails through normal wear and tear, we will replace it at no extra cost to you for up to 1 year (from delivery date). Please provide us details and a photo of the issue, and will will immediately take steps to correct the issue. This warranty does not include chewing or rubbing up against hard objects.

Unopened/Unused items may be returned within 90 days of purchase for refund, minus shipping/handling.

Once received, we will inspect the item and apply your refund, as warranted.

Bulldog Grade will provide one free return label per transaction. Customers that decide to return items after the free label has been provided and used will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

All Other Countries

Due to the extremely high cost of international shipping, we cannot accept returns unless 100% paid by the customer. Please make sure you order the right size by referencing our sizing guides or calling us at 1+912-335-3150 for help.
